At St Stephen’s, families aren’t just welcome — they’re part of who we are. From babies to teens (and the grown-ups who care for them), we offer age-appropriate ways to connect with God and grow together in community.
Runs during our main 9:30am Sunday Service (except on Messy Church Sundays).
Children begin in the service with their families, then head out after the Kids’ Talk for a fun and engaging time of age-appropriate learning, play, and craft.
They return to rejoin their families for Communion.
Held on the 4th Sunday of each month, Messy Church is a relaxed, hands-on worship experience for families.
Perfect for kids, parents, grandparents, and carers (no experience or need to bring anything).
Thursdays during school term, Playgroup is a chance for little ones to play, explore, and connect — and for parents and carers to meet and unwind too.
Meets on the 2nd Sunday of each month during the 9:30am service.
A space for high school students to explore their faith, ask questions, and connect with peers.
We’re committed to the physical, emotional, and spiritual safety of every child. All volunteers are screened and trained under the Diocese of Melbourne’s Safe Ministry guidelines.
No worries.
There’s no perfect way to show up.
Sit together, split up, join in, observe.
You’re welcome to ease in at your own pace.
